A space for emotional release, deep self-connection, and the power of being yourself. Here, you're allowed to scream, laugh, and exhale.
About IAM
"I Am" is more than just words. It's a state of being. A permission to live — fully, wildly, and truly. This is a space where you can release what hurts, feel emotions that have been held back for years, and finally… return to yourself.
We work in three directions that help you reconnect and come home to yourself:
• Live retreats in Ukraine and across Europe • Emotional events and team-building for groups and organizations • Individual support for those ready to be truly themselves
Hi, I’m Daria Gavriushenko — event director, facilitator of transformational spaces, and a creator who believes in healing through softness and presence.
Not long ago, I hit rock bottom. And in that moment, I realized: I couldn’t rely on anyone else. On the one hand — it was deeply disappointing. But on the other — it was a revelation: I am my own support. After a series of painful news, I asked myself: Why should I keep going? What’s the point? Where am I headed?
And then, the answer came from within: I am. I have myself — and that’s enough to live and create. That’s where IAM was born — a space where anyone can find themselves, lean on themselves, and return to who they are.
My mission is to help people reconnect with themselves. To feel: “I have me.” I am the foundation of my life. Just as I am — I am enough. Beautiful, sensitive, strong — each of us has our own word.
This doesn’t mean we stop growing. It means that right now, we are allowed to be. We are already enough to live, to love, to be happy — today.
I’m still on the journey — exploring, learning, listening to myself and to others. My approach is born from personal experience, honesty, and a deep desire to create spaces where people can feel truly alive.
I have years of experience creating events that go beyond inspiration — they solve real needs of teams and individuals: how to communicate better, how to truly listen, how to speak about what’s hard.
These are not just events — these are practical, transformational experiences that lead to real change, not just beautiful moments.
